Security & Access to the community
Security is paramount at Costa Verde Estates, making us one of the most secure communities in the region. Our gated community is intentionally designed with a singular point of entry and exit, significantly enhancing our security infrastructure. Round-the-clock monitoring is assured by 24/7 security personnel, further reinforced by an extensive network of surveillance cameras.
These comprehensive security measures ensure a peaceful and protected living environment for all our residents, setting the standard for safety in our area.
- Property owners have unrestricted access.
- All visitors must be pre-registered by property owners or their representatives, with names and, if possible, vehicle details provided in advance to the front gate.
- It is crucial to inform the front gate in advance about any visitors coming to your property. This includes their names and, if possible, their license plate numbers. Failure to provide this information in advance will result in your visitors not being allowed entry.
- Visitors without prior approval will be directed to a waiting area and asked to contact the property owner directly to obtain access approval. Please ensure all visitors have your contact number.
- Visitors must sign in, display the provided documentation on their dashboard, and adhere to all CVE traffic rules.
- Property owners with renters should ensure that their tenants are fully informed and understand this access policy.
- Renters must be registered by property owners or managers with the Residential Manager, including names and, when feasible, vehicle details.
- Long-term rental agreements must specify guest visitation rights.
- Emergency vehicles (ambulances, fire trucks, police) receive unrestricted access.
- Government officials must provide identification, sign in, and be escorted by CVE staff.
- Distinguished between CVE-authorized and non-authorized. CVE-authorized vendors are pre-screened and listed at the front gate.
- Non-authorized vendors must be pre-registered by residents, including names and vehicle details.
